Mark 5 Ltd does not collect your credit card number when you make an online payment.  Instead, you are passed to the Protx secure server where your payment transaction is handled via a secure, encrypted link.  (You will see a padlock icon    in your browser window.)

Mark 5 will NEVER ask you for your login password.  Do not respond to any email purporting to be from us asking for card payment details.

To ensure you are not a victim of fraud: 

	Never tell anyone your login or password
	Don't share other passwords or PINs
	Never use your payment card on a page without the secure link 'padlock' icon
	Don't respond to emails asking for your account details or passwords
	Never include your card number, password or PIN in an email to anyone
	Always check the URL of the site you are visiting (e.g. www.mark5.com)
